I had a great New Year at this hotel! The location was super convenient, with lots of bars and restaurants nearby. The room had all the essentials and offered a nice view from the balcony, which was perfect for ringing in the new year. I also appreciated the functional setup; it made my stay comfortable and stress-free!
On the downside, the cleaning left a bit to be desired—there were some spots that clearly needed a good scrub. the noise from the lively neighborhood could be bothersome at night. Oh, and I wish they provided more keys for the room; it was a hassle having to coordinate every time we went out. it was a decent stay but could use some improvements!

The rooftop view was breathtaking, especially at night. , the location was very convenient, close to downtown and easily accessible to public transportation. A plus was the clean room, which seemed well taken care of by the staff.
The check-in process was a bit complicated, as it was done through a machine and there was no lobby or staff to assist. the shower room was very small, which made it difficult to comfortably shower.

Great location and stunning views from the balcony and rooftop. the room was well cleaned and had a cozy atmosphere. the hotel offered convenient self, check, in and check, out.
The shower room was too small even for average, sized individuals, and the floor was not even vacuumed properly. There were hair and dust around the room, and the sofa bed's mattress had stains on it.

The room was better and nicer than most hotels, with efficient and professional communication. In a nutshell, it was impeccable, surpassing Hotel Okura Fukuoka.
It was all superb.
